Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

DEPOSITS: A 50% of the total quote is required to confirm all bookings, unless stipulated otherwise. Failure to pay deposit by the stipulated date will result in cancellation of the provisional booking and THE GOODLAND COTTAGES will retain the right to re- hire it to another client.

PAYMENTS: Please use your Invoice number or Quotation Number as reference whenever making a payment.

Only electronic payments or direct bank deposits – REGRETFULLY NO CHEQUE DEPOSITS ACCEPTED.

There is a Credit Card Facility available to settle balance of payment at arrival. Please arrange this in advance.

KEYS WILL BE HANDED OVER ONCE FULL & FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

 

CONDITIONS OF LEASE:

Usage – the premises are let to you for holiday purposes only and only for the period stated on the receipt.

No weddings, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. The number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the number of people that were initially booked and/or had beds provided for (Children inclusive).

Tenants will not be allowed to enter and or occupy the unit where their numbers exceed agreed upon and or discussed maximum tenants per unit.

NO SMOKING INDOORS.

PETS BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY - extra fees applicable

ANY DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY WILL BE AT THE ACCOUNT OF THE GUEST

FOR ALL BOOKINGS: LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. Free WIFI available

CLEANING SERVICE AVAILABLE @ R100 per weekday, R175 per Saturday. No servicing available for Sundays or public holidays.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE : Arrival time is from 14H00 and departure is strictly 10H00. If there are no other guests arriving the same day you can arrange for a later departure.

VILLAMORA TRUST is the owner of THE GOODLAND COTTAGES and accepts no responsibility for any Death, Injury, Loss, Damage or Theft, during your stay where death, injury, loss, damage or theft results due to misuse, abuse and or negligence on the side of or by the tenant. This include failure by the tenant to lock the unit when not occupying.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

2 weeks before stay date: FULL REFUND

1 week before stay date: Forfeit 50% of booking amount

LESS than 1 weeks before stay date: 100% of amount for stay payable
